Our vessels have fixed berths at Lautrupskaj in Kalkbrænderihavnen on Østerbro and in Nyhavn in central Copenhagen (K). We are always able to sail to another harbor or docking location, for example in the city center, upon request.
We reserve the right for weather conditions, changes, errors, price increases, and sold-out products. In the event of a cancellation on the part of the shipping company, we will reschedule the trip for another day or refund the amount paid.
We do not use physical tickets, but please bring your confirmation. Any remaining tickets are sold at the dock upon boarding. Remember to book a ticket for young children, as they are counted as passengers.
We recommend We always recommend booking tickets for our tours in advance—both to ensure you have a seat on the tour and because we reserve the right to cancel or suspend sailings if there are no bookings.
Departure
We recommend that you arrive at least 5–10 minutes before departure, as we aim to depart on time.
Parking
At Lautrupskaj, there are a limited number of free parking spaces. Paid parking is available along the wall by Svanemølleværket as well as in the parking lot. Please follow the harbor’s parking instructions. (area code 5309)
